新形势下高校后勤员工队伍建设的问题与对策

当前,高校后勤队伍的建设作为社会化的核心改革,在一段时间的改革后,保障能力和运行效率均等有了一定的发展。但是截止到目前,高校的后勤化的社会改革目标还没有完成。高校的后勤运行机制尚未实现质的变化,服务市场尚未健全发展,在市场的资源配置中后勤的作用还有待提高。本文简述了高校后勤人员的含义,探讨了当前的后勤状况,并提出了相应的改革建议。

This paper briefly describes the meaning of the university logistics personnel,discusses the current logistics situation, and puts forward the corresponding reform proposals.
