摘要
民办高职院校是我国职业教育的重要组成,随着职业教育的快速发展,民办院校在蓬勃发展的同时,也面临教师队伍流失的现象。教师队伍是职业教育发展的重要因素,因此构建完善的教师队伍保证机制,是稳定民办高职教师队伍,促进民办职业教育健康发展的关键因素。
Private higher vocational college is an important part of Vocational Education in China. With the rapid development of vocational education, the private colleges and universities are also facing the phenomenon of the loss of teachers. Teachers' team is an important factor in the development of vocational education. Therefore, it is the key factor to ensure the healthy development of private vocational education to construct a perfect guarantee mechanism.
