摘要 基础教育是培养人才和提高国家整体素质的奠基者,被各国在教育改革中所重视。公平是和谐社会的基石,也是基础教育发展中备受关注的基本主题。十八届三中全会提出要进行教育改革,这是推动教育事业科学发展、提升教育质量的关键之举。基础教育不公平现象在我国屡屡存在,既影响教育发展,也关系着现代教育改革与发展的方向。本文从公平视觉出发,对当前我国基础教育现状及问题的成因进行深入分析,且就我国怎样进行教育公平的改革作了进一步探索。 Basic education is to cultivate talents and improve the quality of the country's overall quality of the foundation, by all countries in the education reform of the attention. Justice is the cornerstone of a harmonious society, but also the basic theme of the development of basic education. The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed to carry out education reform, which is to promote the scientific development of education, improve the quality of education is the key move. The unfair phenomenon of basic education in our country often exists, which not only affects the development of education, but also relates to the direction of the reform and development of modern education. In this paper, from the perspective of fairness, the current status of China's basic education and the cause of the problem in-depth analysis, and on how to carry out the reform of educational equity in our country to make further exploration.
