摘要
在大跨度厂房主梁的现场起吊拼装过程中,为使其水平方向变形最小,需要选择合适的起吊点,以使主梁的安装孔位接近设计安装位置。为此,本文介绍用ANSYS软件预先计算并优化起吊点位置的方法,以提高实际工作效率。
Proper lifting point layout is essential in the lifting assembly process of long-span girders of plants, thus enabling the minimum horizontal deformation of the girders, which makes mounting hole of the girders close to the design installation position. Therefore, this paper introduced the method of calculation and optimization of lifting point layout in advance with ANSYS platform, in order to improve the working efficiency.
