高校班级管理是一个比较特殊的管理学范畴,既有着学校里理想式的管理理念,又有着管理成年学生的管理手段。笔者经常感悟:学习就是社会的一个缩影。在班级的管理过程中,人们逐渐发现,用管理企业的理念、思路和方法来进行高校班级的管理,可以使学校、教师和学生三方获益颇多。在本篇文章中,作者结合自己多年从事高校班级管理的经验和感悟,对高校班级的企业化管理模式进行阐述,希望能够对我国的高等教育管理中,加强班级管理的育人方式起到抛砖引玉的效果。

Class management in Colleges and universities is a relatively special category of management, both the ideal of the school management philosophy, but also has the management of adult students management. I often feel: learning is a microcosm of society.
