摘要
随着我国高校连年扩招,大学教育已由精英教育向大众教育转变,高校学生管理面临着许多新的问题,尤其是面对目前90后的学生思想异常活跃,传统单一的刚性管理模式已不能完全适应新形势的发展,因此在高校学生管理工作中引入柔性管理,确立以人为本,注重人文关怀和个性发展的教育理念已成为必然趋势。在此,结合工作实际论述了在高校学生管理工作中实行柔性管理的必要性和可行性,以构建高校学生思想政治教育的柔性管理体制。
With the successive years of enrollment of our colleges and universities, university education has from elite education to mass education change, management of college students facing many new problems, especially in the face of the current thinking of90 students unusually active, the single traditional rigid management pattern have been unable to fully meet the development of the new situation, so in the student management in Colleges and universities introduced flexible management, establish a people-oriented,pay attention to humanistic care and personality development philosophy of education has become an inevitable trend. This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing flexible management in the management of college students, in order to construct the flexible management system of college students' Ideological and political education.
