高职院校辅导员法律素养的问题研究

高职院校辅导员是学校和学生之间保持沟通的重要纽带。然而由于高职院校辅导员自身法律素养的不足,使得其在工作中遭遇法律问题时难以妥当处理,并且在日常教育中也难以达到预防效果。所以,通过培养辅导员自主提升法律素养的意识、加强在职培训和搭建法律咨询平台等手段,努力提升高职院校辅导员的法律素养就显得尤为重要。

The counselors in higher vocational colleges are the important link between the school and the students. However,due to the lack of legal literacy of counselors in higher vocational colleges, it is difficult to deal with the legal problems encountered in the work, and it is difficult to achieve the prevention effect in the daily education. Therefore, it is very important to improve the legal quality of the counselors by training the awareness of the counselors to enhance the awareness of the law,strengthening the training and building the legal consulting platform.
