随着物流产业的不断延伸,从事物流工作的人员也需要进一步提升自身的专业技能,不仅要了解服务对象的特性,还要对产业的经营模式、运作体系等基本知识有所了解。本文详细地阐述和分析了基于胜任力特征模型的物流高技能人才培养,以期培养出全面发展的复合型物流人才。

With the continuous extension of the logistics industry, personnel engaged in the logistics work also need to further enhance their own professional skills, not only to understand the characteristics of the service object, but also to understand industry business model, operating system and other basic knowledge. This paper describes and analyzes the logistics highly skilled personnel training based on Competency Model in detail, in order to cultivate the comprehensive development of the complex logistics personnel.
