融合教育教师职前培养机制研究

随着我国融合教育的深入开展,越来越多的特殊需要学生进入普通学校,推动了教师教育培养及课程设置的变革,同时又推动了特殊教育学校的职能转变,成为融合教育的资源中心,特殊教育教师成为融合教育专业技术的支持者。为了满足融合教育对师资的需求,高等院校特教师资职前培养机制须从培养目标、课程设置、培养方式等多方面进行调整。
