摘要
随着我国融合教育的深入开展,越来越多的特殊需要学生进入普通学校,推动了教师教育培养及课程设置的变革,同时又推动了特殊教育学校的职能转变,成为融合教育的资源中心,特殊教育教师成为融合教育专业技术的支持者。为了满足融合教育对师资的需求,高等院校特教师资职前培养机制须从培养目标、课程设置、培养方式等多方面进行调整。
With our fusion education in-depth development, more and more of students with special needs into ordinary schools, and promote the reform of teacher education and curriculum, and promote the change in the functions of the special education school, become the integration of educational resources center, special education teachers become supporters of professional and technical education fusion. In order to meet the needs of the integration of education for teachers, the pre service training mechanism must be adjusted from the training objectives, curriculum, training methods and so on.
