基于层次分析法的园本教研水平评价研究

摘要 园本教研水平评估是衡量园本教学活动开展水平的重要指标,是完善和提高园本教研水平的重要反馈机制。立足于园本教研活动的过程与特征,关注幼儿园主体发展的现状和需求,设计评估园本教研水平的指标体系,帮助幼儿园对园本教研水平进行科学评比,发现存在的问题,并实现改进和完善。 Kindergarten Based Teaching and research level assessment is an important indicator to measure the level of teaching activities, and it is an important feedback mechanism to improve and improve the level of teaching and research.
