95后大学生集体活动参与现状与对策研究——以江西财经大学国际学院为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of 95s College Students' Collective Activities——Take International School, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics as an example

本文以研究当代大学生的思想特点及行为动态,提出新型的集体活动管理模式,提高集体活动参与度为目的,以"江西财经大学国际学院"为例,利用个案分析、文献研究、比较研究、问卷调查等研究方法对集体活动参与现状进行分析,并通过O2O活动平台试验情况提出对策建议,希望对高校第二课堂的改革有所启发。

The paper studies the contemporary university students' ideological characteristics and dynamic behavior, proposed model the collective activities of the management mode, improve the collective activity participation degree for the purpose,to 'International School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics' as an example, using case analysis, literature research, comparative study, questionnaires and other methods of collective activities involved in the analysis of the current situation, and bring forward the countermeasures and suggestions through o2 o platform test, and hope it is helpful to the reform of the second classroom.
