从目前我国幼师职业的主要学历水平和发展现状来看,在未来的一段时间内中专学历的幼师仍将是我国幼师师资的主要力量,因此,中专幼儿教育专业的学生的职业价值观不仅影响了他们的职业认同感和未来的职业选择,也影响了我国幼师师资队伍的发展与建设,同时还对幼儿教育的质量有着深远的影响。文章将就现阶段中专幼师的职业价值观探讨其职业认同感,在对幼师职业价值观调查的基础上提出培养其职业认同感的方式。

From the level of China's main teachers professional education and development current situation, in a period of time in the future technical secondary school degree of preschool teacher for teachers in our country will still be the main force,therefore, there's professional values not only affect their professional identity and future career choice,but also affects the development and construction of preschool teacher teachers in our country and profound influence on the quality of early childhood education.This article will discuss some of the professional values present technical secondary school teachers in their professional identity, on the basis of investigation on preschool teacher professional values way of cultivating the professional identity.
