幼儿园一日生活中存在着很多过渡环节,如果不合理组织、管理这些环节,就会浪费很多易于幼儿发展的机会。本文结合案例呈现了幼儿教师管理过渡环节时存在的误区,提出了优化管理的策略,以期实现过渡环境管理的科学化与民主化。

There are many aspects of the kindergarten life, if not reasonable organization and management of these links, it will waste a lot of opportunities for children to develop.
