摘要
幼儿园一日生活中存在着很多过渡环节,如果不合理组织、管理这些环节,就会浪费很多易于幼儿发展的机会。本文结合案例呈现了幼儿教师管理过渡环节时存在的误区,提出了优化管理的策略,以期实现过渡环境管理的科学化与民主化。
There are many aspects of the kindergarten life, if not reasonable organization and management of these links, it will waste a lot of opportunities for children to develop. In this paper, combined with the case of kindergarten teachers to show the existence of the transition of the errors, and put forward the optimization of management strategies, in order to achieve the transition of the scientific and democratic management of the environment.
