摘要
本研究选取112名幼儿园教师为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查的方法考察幼儿园教师的职业倦怠状况。结果表明幼儿园教师的职业倦怠处于中度水平;主要表现为低成就感,职业倦怠受园所类别、任教班级、年龄和教龄的影响。
This research selects 112 kindergarten teachers as testees to observe and study the situations of kindergarten teachers job burnout mainly by questionnaires. The findings indicate that kindergarten teachers job burnout is in the moderate level and many teachers have reduced personal accomplishment feeling. Some factors have effect on the level of job burnout such as types of schools, teaching classes, age and school age.
