独立学院大学生心理健康教育课程建设过程中普遍存在着学生重视程度不够、课程定位不准确、教学方法单一、师资力量薄弱等问题。本文旨在通过分析独立学院大学生心理健康课程的现状和困境,探讨原因和对策,切实提升大学生心理健康教育课程的教学效果。

In the course of the construction of the independent college students' mental health education, the students' attention is not enough, the position of the curriculum is not accurate, the teaching method is single and the teachers' strength is weak.This paper aims to analyze the current situation and difficulties of the independent college students' mental health courses, explore the reasons and countermeasures, and effectively improve the teaching effect of the psychological health education curriculum.
