摘要
90后大学生在思想和行为上较上一代人发生了显著的变化,班主任的管理也要适应大学生心理特点采用新理念、新手段,以情动人至关重要。本文通过学生情感的守护、关心团队中的每一位成员、学风建设、学生的参谋顾问几个方面的工作,探索适应当代要求的教育模式,促进当今大学生全面健康发展。
As the thought and behavior of college students born after 90 s is significantly different compared with the previous generation. It is important to adopt new ideas and new means of management according to college students' mental characteristics by head teacher, especially to educate students by love. In this article, the author explores in the education mode satisfying demands of contemporary education from the following parts: protection of students' emotion, caring for everyone in the class,construction of study style and being an adviser of students, in order to promote the healthy overall development of today's college students.
