高职院校档案信息化实施途径探索

On the Implementation Ways of Archives Informatization in Higher Vocational Colleges

以时代和科技的发展作为推动力,促进了经济的发展,并对教育产业提出了更高的要求,尤其是作为高技能人才培训摇篮的高职院校。虽然这类院校在每年都为我国社会建设培养了大量的专业型人才,然而,随着信息化技术在社会发展的逐步深入,人们的生活已然发生了很大程度的转变。因此,学校在进行人才培养的过程中也应当加深对该项技术的运用,尤其是在复杂性、系统性以及劳动密集型的档案管理工作。据此,本文就高职院校开展档案管理信息化工作的必要性和意义进行了简要分析,着重阐述了信息化实现和实施的具体路径,保障高职院校档案的科学性和高效性。

With the development of times and science and technology as the driving force, promote the development of economy, and put forward higher requirements to the education industry, especially the higher vocational colleges as the cradle of the training of high skilled talents. Although these institutions are the construction of our society cultivate professional talents,a large number of the year however, with the rapid development of information technology in the society gradually, people's life has changed greatly. Therefore, the school in the process of personnel training should also deepen the application of the technology, especially in the complexity of the system, as well as labor-intensive archives management. Accordingly, this paper gives a brief analysis on the necessity and significance of developing information archives management in higher vocational colleges, expounds the specific path of information realization and implementation, guarantee the science and efficiency of archives in Higher Vocational colleges.
