摘要
本文以教学实验对学习开放性运动技能过程中背景干扰进行研究,对实验所得数据的统计分析显示学习开放性运动技能中存在背景干扰效应,且高背景干扰有利于提高运动技能的学习效果。
Based on the experimental teaching of open motor skill learning background in the process of interference research,statistical data on the experimental analysis shows that the background interference effect of learning open motor skill, and high background interference is conducive to improve sports skills learning effect.
