高校大学生基层党建工作实践探析——以泉州师范学院美术与设计学院为例

The Exploration and Analysis of College Students' Party Building Work——A Case Study of The Fine Art and Desige College of Quanzhou Normal University

新形势下,高校大学生基层党建工作所处的环境、担负的任务以及自身的状况发生了重大变化。为此,高校应该积极探索大学生基层党建工作新模式。近两年,泉州师范学院美术与设计学院结合实际情况,切实把握学生基层党建工作的普遍规律和主要问题,提出以"选苗工程"、"培育工程"、"引领工程"为统领的三大工程,探索特色举措,拓展学生党建工作方法,积极构建学生基层党建工作新模式和长效机制。

Under the new situation, the environment of college students' Party construction, the tasks and the condition have undergone dramatic changes. Based on the above situation, the university should explore the innovative mode of students' Party construction actively.In recent years, The Fine Art and Desige College of Quanzhou Normal University combined with actual situation, grasped the general rules and main problems of students' Party building work, and proposed three major projects,just as'Selection Project','Cultivation Project'and'Lead Project', to explore the characteristics of the measures, expand students' Party building work, and actively construct the new mode and long term mechanism of students' Party building work.
