随着全面推进依法治国,律师在社会中的地位变得越来越重要,尽管我国目前律师行业整体发展得越来越好,然而相对于大城市繁荣的律师行业,在很多偏远的基层地区律师执业现状不佳及资源不足却成为一个大问题。认真对待和研究偏远地区律师执业的困境和解决基层律师的资源配置的平衡,是我国目前律师制度改革所需要重视的一个问题。

With comprehensively promote the rule of law, the status of lawyers in the society becomes more and more important, although China's current law the overall development of the industry is getting better and better, but compared to the prosperous city of the legal profession, in many remote rural areas and the poor status of lawyers lack of resources has become a big problem. To take seriously and study the plight of the lawyers in the remote areas and to solve the balance of resource allocation of the grassroots lawyers is a problem that needs to be taken seriously in our country at present.
