校企共建汽车服务工程专业人才培养模式研究

紧密围绕襄阳汽车产业人才需求,以襄阳汽车后市场产业为依托,深入探索、研究校企共建联合培养汽车服务工程专业应用型人才的新模式。文章以推进产教融合、校企合作为主要路径,进一步深化实践教学改革,阐述了如何制定和完善校企共建联合培养汽服专业高层次应用型人才的模式。

Closely around the Xiangyang automotive industry talent demand, based on the Xiangyang automobile market industry, in-depth exploration, research and development of the joint training of the automobile service engineering professional talents of the new model. In order to promote the integration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation as the main path, and further deepen the reform of the practice teaching, this paper expounds how to develop and improve the training of the high level application oriented talents.
