高职农产品/食品检测类专业标准与法规课程教学改革探讨

标准与法规是高职农产品/食品检测类专业的开设的一门专业理论课。本文针对标准与法规教学过程中存在的教学载体缺乏时效性、教学内容不完善、学生代入感不强、教师教学手段单一、评价体系不完善等问题,从关注检测最新动态、充实教学内容、优化教学体系、引导发现课程间联系、突出学生主体、完善教学评价、关注学生能力等多个方面进行了改革和实践,有效提高检测类专业标准与法规课程教学效果。

Standards and regulations is a professional theoretical course of agricultural products / food testing in Higher Vocational colleges. According to the teaching carrier of standards and regulations in the process of teaching, lack of timeliness, teaching content is not perfect, the problem is not strong, the students feel the teacher teaching way is single, the evaluation system is not perfect, leading from the detection of the latest developments, enrich the teaching contents, optimizing teaching system,found that many aspects of the relation between the outstanding courses the students, improve the teaching evaluation, pay attention to students' ability of reform and practice, effectively improve the detection of professional standards and regulations of teaching effect.
