高职院校大学生心理健康教育现状及对策研究

Study on Situation and Countermeasure of Mental Health Education in Higher Vocational College

心理健康教育是高职院校德育工作的重要内容,是培养高素质、技能型人才的重要保障。本文通过对高职学生心理健康现状和学校心理健康教育现状分析,从构建合理的心理健康教育管理体系、改进心理健康课程建设、打造专业化心理健康师资队伍、开拓心理健康教育新途径等四个方面提出了具体措施。

Mental health education as the main moral education, is the important guarantee of training high-quality and skilled talents. Concrete measures are proposed in construction of reasonable management system of mental health education, improvement of mental health lesson construction, training of professional teachers engaging in mental health education, and exploration of new ways in mental health education.
