如今我国大部分高校都设有大学生志愿者队伍,这些大学生志愿者们通常思想觉悟较高,对社会的公益事业比较热心。目前,大学生志愿服务虽然取得了较为显著的成绩,但总体来讲它还处于起步摸索阶段,志愿者工作如何健康、有序、高效发展,如何发挥志愿者服务平台的最佳功能,这是每一个高校志愿者工作者所应该思考的。
