机构养老的发展现状及困境分析——以南京市为例

Analysis on the Current Situation and the Predicament of the Development of the Institution for the Aged——Take Nanjing City as an example

人口老龄化背景下,我国老年人对于养老的需求日益加深,家庭养老、社区养老、机构养老等多种养老模式并现,对于各种养老模式的研究也越来越被学术界所重视。本文基于访谈南京市八大区50家养老机构负责人,并与其中多家养老机构的老年人进行问卷调查,对访谈调查数据加以整理后,对机构养老的发展现状及所面临的一些发展困境加以探讨和分析。

Under the background of population aging, the elderly in China is growing demand for pension, family pension,community pension, pension institutions such as pension mode and now, for the study of various pension model has been more and more attention in the academic circles. In this interview eight district of Nanjing City, 50 pension institutions based on the responsible person, and the elderly and the number of pension institutions conducted a questionnaire survey to interview survey data, the development status of the aged and faces some development dilemma to be discussed and analyzed.
