Research of Teaching Paradigm on “Student-Centered” Undergraduate Mathematics

"以学生为中心"的教学范式改革是对传统教育的基本理念、教学方法的变革,提倡将教师的主导作用与学生的主体地位相结合,培养学生的自主学习能力和创新精神。在本科数学教学范式中,应遵循4个原则:教学目标的确定符合学生的认知水平、教学内容的选取易于学生接受、教学过程的调控能保证教学任务的完成以及改进教学方法,促进学生能力的提高。

The reform of'student-centered'teaching paradigm has brought change on basic idea and teaching method of tradition education.It advocate combining teachers' leading function with students' main body position.Teacher should pay attention to self-learning ability cultivation and innovation of students. This paper analyzed the principles of mathematics paradigm in university teaching.The principles consisted of four aspects:teaching goal should conform to level of students' acknowledge; teaching content should be favorable for students' learning; the control of teaching process shoule be suitable for finishing teaching work and teaching method should be appropriate to enhancement of students' ability.
