安全工程专业毕业生就业情况与培养目标契合度分析

The Conform Degree Analysis between Graduates Employment Situation of Safety Engineering Department and Its Educational Objectives

为了研究河南工程学院安全工程专业毕业生就业与专业人才培养目标之间的契合关系,对历年毕业生就业数据进行了整理分析,分析结果表明:毕业生就业率总体良好,但考研生所占比例过大,就业方向与培养目标之间出现偏离趋势,针对两类问题,讨论提出了相关改进措施,研究结论为今后安全工程学院稳定发展提供了初步参考。

In order to study the conformance degree between graduates employment situation of safety engineering department and its educational objectives, The employment data over the years was analyzed and its results shows that whole employment rate is well but the postgraduate exam preparations take too large proportion and graduates employment direction presents deviating trend from educational objectives. Some solutions were suggested for those two kind problem. The study conclusion can provide several preliminary references for stable development of? Safety Engineering Department in future.
