摘要
雌二醇在人体内起着维持第二性征和调控副性器官的重要功能,其测定对多种疾病诊断具有重要意义。本文就现有测定雌二醇的各种方法进行分析比较优缺点,对雌二醇测定方法前景进行展望。
The important function of estradiol in the human body maintains secondary sexual characteristics and regulation of accessory sex organs, which has important significance for the determination of various diseases diagnosis. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods for determination of estradiol were analyzed.
