Research on Instructional Design Ability and Improvement Strategy of Physics Teachers in Middle School

中学物理教学设计对于物理教学发展以及学生综合素质的培养具有重要的意义,本文简要介绍了中学物理教师教学设计的概念和必要性,并给出提升教师设计能力的策略,主要是通过突出中学物理教学重难点、加强物理知识结构和体系性的建设、学生物理意识的培养以及创新中学物理教学方法和教学手段等方面的教学设计等策略进行实施,希望通过本文能够对中学物理教师教学设计能力水平的提升具有一定的参考作用。

The middle school physics teaching design has important significance for the development of physics teaching and cultivate students' comprehensive quality, this paper briefly introduces the concept and the necessity of teaching design of middle school physics teachers, and improve teachers' ability and gives the design strategy, mainly through the prominent physics teaching difficulties, strengthen the construction of Physics knowledge structure and system the cultivation of students' physical consciousness and the innovation of high school physics teaching method and teaching means of teaching design for the implementation of the strategy, this paper will provide reference for middle school physics teachers' teaching design ability level.
