摘要
岗位设置作为高校工作中重要的工作内容之一,对高校用人机制的改革,实现人力资源的最佳化配置具有十分重要的意义。现阶段,收入分配制度改革的进行也需要岗位设置管理工作的支持,科学合理的岗位设置利于工作的开展,可以有效调动高校各个部门工作人员的积极性,对工作人员创新能力的培养也有一定的意义。本文分析了当前高校岗位设置管理中存在的问题,并提出解决措施。
The post settings, as one of the important work in colleges and universities work content, the reform of the personnel mechanism in colleges and universities, to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources is of great significance. At present, the reform of the income distribution system also need the support of post setting management, scientific and reasonable of post setting work, can effectively arouse the enthusiasm of each department staff in colleges and universities, the cultivation of innovation ability of staff also to have certain significance. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current university post setting management, and puts forward solutions.
