Study on Countermeasures of Strengthening Teachers' Love Education of College Normal Students

师爱是师德的灵魂,是教师做好教育工作的前提。本文分析了高等院校加强师爱教育的必要性和重要意义,从提高学前教育专业幼师学生的职业认同感、开设专门课程、在实践中(见习、实习)培养爱心、改革现有人才培养模式、利用第二课堂升华师爱教育等五个方面提出了高等院校师爱教育的对策。
