书院制下高校境外学生教育管理实践的创新思考——以暨南大学四海书院为例

Innovative Thinking about Collegiate System for Oversea Student Educational Management Practice in Colleges and Universities——Taking Sihai College, Jinan university as an example

现代书院制教育模式的推行是深化高等教育改革的新尝试。本文试以暨南大学四海书院为实践探索,结合书院境外学生特点,提出优化书院教育管理思考:凝炼书院生活的文化内涵、引领制度化教育的书院精神、建构书院文化与教育并进的创新制度。

The implementation of modern university academy system educational is a new attempt to deepen the reform of higher education. This article takes the practice of Sihai College as an exploration with a combination of the characteristics of college students abroad and puts forward optimizing college education management thinking: refining the cultural connotation of college life.
