Positive Psychology from the Perspective of Peer Counseling Implementation Status

人本主义理论是朋辈心理辅导的主要依托理论,朋辈心理辅导自引入以来在我国形成了以心理委员制度为主体的朋辈心理辅导制度,在大学生危机预防与干预中起到了良好作用。然而,随着积极心理学等理论深入化,当前我国高校的朋辈心理辅导也正在扩大职能,从关心帮助有心理困扰的学生到致力于促进个体积极心态和良好品质的发展,达到主客体共同进步。

This theory is mainly based on the theory of peer counseling, peer counseling since the introduction in China has formed a psychological system as the main body of the peer counseling system in crisis prevention and intervention of college students plays a good role. However, with the positive psychology theory deeply, peer counseling in the universities in China are expanding functions, from the help of psychological distress is committed to promoting the development of individual students to positive attitude and good quality, achieve the object of common progress.
