对于目前为数不少学校而言,由于未搭建网络管理平台,成绩管理仍然停留在对Excel,word文件的手工操作阶段,因此其成绩管理是一件繁琐的事情,不仅效率低,还容易出错。解决此问题,只能通过对成绩管理的电子自动化才能实现,而利用简单易上手的轻量级数据库Access,并编写一个简易的软件程序来对学生成绩进行管理便是一个很好的解决途径,既节约了成本、提高成绩管理效率,又可降低操作时的人为失误概率。
