医学院校大学生亚健康现状调查与相关因素分析

Investigation and Analysis of Sub-health Status of Medical College Students

了解医学院校大学生亚健康状态现状及相关影响因素。以河北医科大学385名大学生为调查对象,采用自行设计的亚健康问卷进行调查。所得数据使用SPSS20.0软件进行统计处理。医科大学学生亚健康发生率为25.39%。男生为36.09%,女生为19.68%(P=0.000)。亚健康概念知晓率为45.81%。医学生亚健康的主要危险因素有性别、学习兴趣、进餐少、讨厌聚会。医学院校大学生亚健康发生率相对较低,建议加强学校健康教育以及亚健康监督管理。

To understand the current situation and related factors of sub health status of Medical College students. A survey was conducted among 385 college students from Hebei Medical University. The data were processed by SPSS20.0 software.The incidence of sub-health was 25.39%. The male was 36.09% and the female was 19.68%(P=0.000). The awareness rate of sub-health was 45.81%. The main risk factors of sub health of medical students are sex, interest in learning, eating less, hate party. The incidence of sub-health among medical college students is relatively low, it is suggested to strengthen school health education and sub health supervision and management.
