大数据时代传统伦理价值观遭到前所未有的解构与破坏,面临数据垄断、信息权益、隐私安全、数字记忆、人性自由等方面引发的伦理争议,对当代伦理规范构成了严重冲击,应从政府、企业、技术和媒介等层面,逐步建立大数据伦理的规则体系。

Traditional ethical values confront with deconstruction and destroy. In big data era, we face many questions, the right of information, the safety of privacy, which conflict with ethical criterion. We should establish the system of big data ethics criterions with help of government, company, technology,and medium.
