素质教育是我国特色教育体系中的核心要求,素质教育实质的问题是摒弃唯分数论,强调学生综合、全面的发展。小学美术教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,对学生审美情趣的培养、对艺术的启蒙起着非常重要的作用。本文在素质教育视阈的观点下对小学美术教育的新特点进行了分析,并重点探讨了小学美术教育发展路径。旨在提升小学美术教育水平以完善全面素质教育构建,同时以素质教育为基础推进小学美术教育体系建设。

Quality education is the core requirement of the characteristic education system in our country. The essence of quality education is to abandon the theory of the only score and to emphasize the comprehensive and all-round development of students. Primary school art education is an important part of quality education, which plays a very important role in the cultivation of students' aesthetic taste and the Enlightenment of art. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of primary school art education from the perspective of quality education, and discusses the development path of art education in primary schools.To improve the level of primary school art education to improve the overall quality of education, while the quality of education as the basis to promote the construction of primary school art education system.
