摘要
学校管理的道德性问题是近年来我国教育改革中一项重点提及的内容,虽然我国教育改革的发展使得整体教学质量和水平都有了一定提高,但是违背学校管理道德性的行为仍有存在,严重影响了学校的进步和发展。一旦学校的管理中出现道德性问题的偏差,那么学校管理必然受到质疑,所以,学校管理务必具备道德内涵才能促进学校教学质量更好提升。基于此,本文就将对校园管理的道德性展开相应研究,通过对学校整体管理行为的分析,进一步研究改善的方法和策略,希望对开展和构建起和谐校园起到更大的帮助作用。
The moral problems of school management in recent years, China's education reform in a highlighted content, although the development of China's education reform makes the overall quality and level of teaching have been improved, but the violation of school management morality still exists, has seriously affected the progress and development of the school.Once the school's moral problems in the management of the deviation, then the school management is bound to be questioned,therefore, the school management must have the moral connotation can promote the school teaching quality better. Based on this, this paper will be on campus management morality on the corresponding research, through the analysis of the whole school management behavior, methods and strategies for further improvement, we hope to develop and build a harmonious campus to help more.
