摘要 本文通过对广州市黄埔区15所重点小学的德育管理实践的有效性进行调查与研究,分析小学德育管理中如何结合中国优秀传统文化教育,完善小学生的德育意识与德育规范。研究结果表明,小学德育管理中结合中国优秀传统文化的实践经验主要有:开设特色教育课程,提升学习传统文化的趣味性;从生活细节与学习惯性出发,培育优良传统美德;充分利用小学地缘优势,渗透中国优秀传统文化。 Through the investigation and Research on the effectiveness of the Whampoa District of Guangzhou City, 15 key primary school moral education management practice, analysis of how to combine the China excellent traditional culture education in primary school moral education management, improve the students moral consciousness and moral norms. The results show that the primary school moral education management in China combined with excellent traditional culture experience mainly include: the creation of special education curriculum, promote the traditional culture of learning interest; starting from the details of life and learning inertia, cultivate excellent traditional virtues; primary school make full use of geographical advantages, Chinese penetration of excellent traditional culture.
