城市低收入老年人社区小组工作实务技巧研究——以某老工业社区“长者故事会”小组为例

A Study on the Practical Skills of Urban Low Income Community Group Work——A Case Study of the "Citizen Story" Group in an Old Industrial Community

东北老工业区的低收入老年人群体有着物质、生理、心理等方面的基本需求,迫切需要社会支持。小组工作是社会工作三大方法之一,也是满足以上需求惯用的一种方法。文章以某老工业社区"长者故事会"小组为研究对象,分析了在小组筹备期、初期、中期、以及后期几个发展阶段所运用的工作技巧,并提出一些实务中需要注意的问题,以供同仁参考和讨论。

The old people in the old industrial area in Northeast China have the basic demand of material, physiology and psychology. Group work is one of the three methods of social work, but also to meet the needs of the usual method. Taking an old industrial community elderly 'citizen story' group as the research object, analyzes the application in the preparatory period,the early and middle group, and later several development stages of job skills, and put forward the need to pay attention to some problems in practice, for the industry reference and discussion.
