从高校心理健康教育工作的实际情况和存在的问题出发,提出对高校心理健康教育工作实行项目化管理,以优化其管理,从而达到促进高校心理健康教育良好发展的目的。同时,将精细化管理这一理论应用在实际工作中,以解决目前工作中的精细与效率的矛盾问题。

Based on the real situation and existing problems of college psychological health education, project management on college psychological health education is formulated so as to optimize the management and promote the development of college psychological health education. In the meanwhile, putting the refined theory into the application can solve the contradiction of fining and efficiency.
