论校园媒体在“全媒型”新闻人才培养中的建构价值——以武汉工商学院新闻中心为例

校园媒体是高校新闻传播工作的重要载体,是校园文化建设的重要平台,为参与校园媒体运作的学生提供了丰富的教育资源和广阔的实践锻炼空间,可以也应当在全媒型新闻人才培养过程中、在实践育人培养层面发挥更为重要的作用。高校可以通过加强校园媒体整合、实施"三导师"培养制等,将校园媒体建设成"全媒型"新闻人才的专业实践平台;通过提高学生综合素质培养、加强校媒与外媒联动等,将校园媒体打造成"全媒型"新闻人才的潜能发掘平台。
