地方本科高校转型背景下特色学院发展探索

Research on Developing the Featured College Based on View of Local Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Transition

政校企合作共建特色学院是地方本科高校转型发展的重要产教融合手段,既可以解决地方本科高校适应地方经济转型发展出现的一些问题,又可以解决企业岗位需求与高校人才培养间的矛盾,提高高校教师的应用实践能力。文章从特色学院的内涵出发,以地方本科高校转型发展的现实需求为切入点,讨论特色学院发展的动因和价值取向。

Constructing the featured college together by cooperation between government, school and enterprise is the important means of integration of production and education for the transformation of local colleges and universities. It can solve problems of local colleges and universities in adapting to the local economic transformation and development, also it can solve the contradiction between enterprises' needs and college personnel training, and it can improve the practical ability of college teachers' application. Starting from the connotation of the featured college, and taking the realistic demand of the transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges as the breakthrough point, this paper discusses the motivation and value orientation of the development of featured colleges.
