摘要
本文以河海大学的本科生专业导师制为实证研究点,通过问卷调查的方式探讨了本科生与专业导师之间的交流、专业导师对本科生的关注度及本科生心目中的专业导师等三方面的内容;并从专业导师定位的准确性、本科生与导师交流的主动性、专业导师制度的考评性等三方面探析了本科生专业导师制的成功实施因素,以探析本科生专业导师制的推行实效。
This paper discussed the exchange of undergraduates and professional instructors, professional instructors' ? attention to undergraduates and the ideal professional instructors of undergraduates through the questionnaire investigation,based on the tutor system of undergraduates in Hohai university. Then the paper analyzed the successful implementation factors of the tutor system of undergraduates through study of the accuracy of the tutor system positioning, the initiative exchange between professional instructors and undergraduates, and the evaluation of the tutor system, so as to explore the effectiveness of the tutor system of undergraduates.
