提升钳工实训教学质量的几点思考

Some Thoughts on Improving the Teaching Quality of Fitter Practice Teaching

随着我国机械制造行业的不断发展,对应用型、技术人才的需求量不断增大,中高职业院校是培育我国应用型技术人才的主要基地,其课程设置具有明显的实践性特点。钳工实训属于机械基础课程,对学生的基础技能以及体力都要较高的要求,其操作技能较为陈旧,与现代机械制造技术相悖,无法激发学生的学习兴趣,教学质量无法保证。基于此本文对技术院校钳工实训课程中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出具体的解决措施,以供参考。

With the continuous development of China's machinery manufacturing industry, the demand for applied and technical personnel is increasing, in the high occupation colleges are the main base for training the application of technical personnel, has the characteristics of obvious its curriculum practice. Fitter training belongs to the mechanical foundation courses, the students basic skills and physical strength have higher requirements, the operation skill is obsolete,and the modern machinery manufacturing technology which can stimulate students' interest in learning, teaching quality can not be guaranteed. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the training course of fitter, and puts forward some concrete measures for reference.
