摘要
基于全面实施《国家学生体质健康标准》,根据学校的实情和现状,联合五所农村学校通过问卷调查,从身体素质、锻炼兴趣、体育特长和体质健康测试水平等方面作调研分析,对大课间体育锻炼的兴趣、特长的培养、体质健康测试结果作统计和分析,根据分析结果并体育薄弱生的身心特点,以大课间活动为载体,设计和实践"区域冲关递进锻炼段位制"为操作模式。推动大课间活动的有效运作,从而增强了体育学生的体质,提高了体育锻炼兴趣,发展学生的体育特长,培养学生终身体育都有较大的促进作用。
