中小企业财务管理现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Financial Management of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises

中小企业作为经济的微观主体,在壮大经济方面发挥了重要作用,但由于我国中小企业普遍属于"家族式"企业,因而在企业管理方面还存在很多差距和不足,特别是作为企业管理重要组成部分的财务管理更是存在很多不足之处,在很大程度上制约了我国中小企业的快速发展。本文以中小企业财务管理问题为研究对象,首先对我国中小企业财务管理现状进行了分析;然后对我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题进行了分析;接着分析了中小企业财务管理问题产生的原因;最后从创新管理模式、拓展管理目标、改进管理流程等方面提出解决对策。

Small and medium-sized enterprises as the main micro economy, play an important role in the growth of the economy, but because of China's small and medium-sized enterprises generally belong to the 'family' of enterprises, and in the aspect of enterprise management and there are still many gaps and deficiencies, especially the financial management is an important part of enterprise management, there is still many shortcomings, in a great degree restrict the rapid development of China's small and medium sized enterprises. In this paper, the financial management problems of small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object, firstly, the status of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China are analyzed; and then analyzes the problems existing in financial management of small and medium sized enterprises in China;and then analyzes the causes of financial management of small and medium sized enterprises; finally, from the innovation management mode, expand the management objectives, improve management processes puts forward the countermeasure.
