摘要
工匠精神的核心特征是细致、精益求精以及创新,SECI模型为工匠精神的培育提供了理论基础,从SECI理论模型的视角看,现代学徒制的建立对于高职学生工匠精神的培育具有较强的推动作用,主要体现在实践环境的搭建和制度的保障方面。研究如何在高职院校中推行现代学徒制进而培育工匠精神具有重要的现实意义。
