校内生产性实训基地建设的探索与实践——以湖北生态职院校内生产性实训基地建设为例

生产性实训是突出办学特色、提升人才培养质量的关键所在,而校内生产性实训基地建设则是高职院校内涵建设的核心。本文以湖北生态职院京东校内生产性实训基地建设为例,从基地建设的基本模式,建设思路,建设成效等方面进行探索,对其他院校进行校内实训基地建设具有一定的借鉴作用。

Productive training is the key to highlight the characteristics of running a school and to improve the quality of personnel training, while the construction of productive training bases on campus is the core of the connotation construction of Higher Vocational colleges. Based on the construction of productive training base in Hubei Ecology Polytechnic College Jingdong campus as an example, from the basic mode, base construction construction, explores the construction achievements,has a certain reference to the construction of school training base for other colleges.
