现行研究生奖学金评定工作浅析

近年来,随着高校研究生奖学金的数量及金额不断增长,研究生奖学金评定工作也在不断完善与变化。但现行研究生奖学金评定工作中依旧存在研究生奖学金覆盖面不广、评定机构不明确、奖项设置不完善以及思想政治教育工作难度增大等不足。考虑现行评定原则,结合研究生实际情况,笔者认为可以从明确研究生奖学金激励创新导向、明确评定组织机构及职责、明确评定工作程序以及明确资助育人理念四个方面,完善研究生奖学金评定工作。

In recent years, with the number and amount of postgraduate scholarships continue to grow, graduate scholarship assessment work is also constantly improve and change. However, there are still insufficient coverage of the postgraduate scholarships in the assessment of the current scholarships, the lack of assessment institutions, the imperfections of prizes and the difficulty of ideological and political education. Considering the current assessment principle and combining with the actual situation of graduate students, the author thinks that it can perfect the evaluation of scholarships from the four aspects of clarifying the innovation orientation of graduate scholarships, clearly assessing the organization and responsibilities, clearly assessing the working procedures and clearly subsidizing the concept of educating people.
